This is a place to discuss Robert Newton's acting work in general, compare his work in various films, etc.

Hmmm.... MUCH better now!

Anyone want to see the pics individually? I made them avatar-sized on purpose, so if any of you want one or more to use as your avatar, just holler.

Wow, I've missed a lot in my absence. Those are awesome, Eva! Thanks for sharing! emoticon

I recognize most of them, but what are "fun-loving" and the second "scruffy" from? (I know I should know, but I'll blame it on the fact that they're going by too quickly for me to study!) Is "In your face" from Obsession? Hee, funny how your idea of "menacing" is Elizabeth's idea of angelic!

PS: Did you use the GIF Construction Set to make that? I gotta download me a copy of that! Looks like fun fun fun.

Fun-loving is from Waterfront and the two Scruffys are from Hitchcock/Derelicts and Androcles. In-Your-Face is from Kiss the Blood off My Hands.

Yep, isn't it emoticon

Yep! First I did them all as individual pics with the same size, and then I sent them through GIF Construction Set to animate them. GCS lets you choose the speed, and which color, if any, should be transparent. GCS also does various banners and LED signs. Like this:

That one I did all in GCS; no preparation needed emoticon
