LOLOL!!! he's like "don't make any noise" and they break bottles and everything else!! They come home singing, it'd funny, but it's not because he REALLY did have a problem with that. but you have to laugh at it because he's so good, you know he was sober. That's like Dudley Moore in Arthur.nondisclosed_email@example.com (RICKY RICARDO)Thu, 13 Dec 2007 20:44:52 +0000 Re: This Happy Breedhttps://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p301,from=rss#post301https://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p301,from=rss#post301RICKY RICARDO wrote: quote:"Frank Gibbons"..."Shut up! *MWUAH*" Elizabeth, that scene really tickles me, too! I also love the sequence when Frank & Bob sneak back into the house after going to that regimental dinner. Great photos! It's such a good movie...Newton's acting really shines.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Jenny30)Mon, 10 Dec 2007 19:55:16 +0000 Re: This Happy Breedhttps://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p295,from=rss#post295https://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p295,from=rss#post295Yes, I did save maybe about ten of them. There must have been about thirty out there, though. There were an assortment of scenes from films and candid shots. BTW, if you like scenes from THB then go to this link http://lean.bfi.org.uk/ It is a David Lean site and just click on the 'David Lean as director' link and you will see the movie THB, which has a lot of photos from the movie and behind the scenes.nondisclosed_email@example.com (SMG01)Sat, 08 Dec 2007 09:59:03 +0000 Re: This Happy Breedhttps://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p294,from=rss#post294https://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p294,from=rss#post294quote:SMG01 wrote: <snip> I was really impressed when I originally saw the assortment of photos contained on that site. No, as I said, I found them on PhotoBucket. Quite by accident; I was looking for your "Pouty Luke" pic. Oh, and BTW, just in case anyone has tried to go out to the Moviefone site, where there were a nice group of Robert Newton photos, the photos have disappeared completely. His bio is still on the site but the photos have been removed. Susan has the link marked on this website (under links). I wonder what happened there? I was really impressed when I originally saw the assortment of photos contained on that site. But sadly, they are gone now .nondisclosed_email@example.com (SMG01)Fri, 07 Dec 2007 22:48:53 +0000 Re: This Happy Breedhttps://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p289,from=rss#post289https://brobertnewton.runboard.com/p289,from=rss#post289Those two pics are pretty big. Should I post reduced size versions of them instead? I can always give y'all the URL to the originals.
